The Washington State Procurement Technical Assistance Center (PTAC)

The purpose of the PTAC is to assist small businesses in working with the federal, state, county and local governments. Pierce County Libraries (Job and Business Center) offers e-sources on business. Collaborates with the SBA Seattle District Office on the Your Business- Start Smart series. Workshops are held from 6-8pm on the third Thursday of the month; no workshops in January, August, or December. Classes include: start smart, finance smart, market smart, franchise, sell online smart, plan smart and grow start.
